The owner has the choice to recover the property in prearranged periods, which are planned before signing the contract, or to cancel the agreement anytime, just giving a short notice.

In the agreement the owner will give management to HomeToHome to provide full maintenance of the property (cleaning, small repairs, check in and check out).
