The flat is located on the second and last floor of a small building in the courtyard of a traditional Milanese-style building in the Navigli area, one of the most lively of the city full of restaurants, bars and nightlife. It is also very close to Auditorium, which offers interesting concerts and to Università Bocconi. The front door opens into the living room with a twin-size sofa-bed, an armchair-bed, bookcase, tv and dvd, dining area with table and a chest of drawers, a small desk and a French window that opens on a private terrace, which runs along the whole flat. The ceiling is characteristically rafter-covered and it has two skylights that make the room very luminous. The kitchen, with window, is completely furnished and provided with fridge and freezer, oven and dishwasher. A small corridor, on the right of the main entrance, leads to the bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, a large closet and an armchair, and to the bathroom, with window, provided with shower and washing machine. All the flat has terracotta floors. In the courtyard bikes can be parked. The flat is very quiet and silent, bright, charmingly furnished; it has central heat, small air conditioner, iron set, hair-dryer and hoover. Public transports: 100m to Corso San Gottardo stop of tram 3, to downtown 10 minutes Romolo stop of subway M2 - green line, to Central station and Cadorna station
